TEAM KIT & SPORTSWEAR · TIRUPUR

Sportswear and team kit manufacturing from 50 pieces.

Sublimated jerseys, shorts and training wear for clubs, kit suppliers and sports labels. Built in our own factory in Tirupur, with names and numbers done in house.

Team kit is a different job from fashion apparel. The graphic has to survive a season, the sizing has to cover a squad from the smallest player to the largest, and every piece has to match the one next to it. We build kit around those three problems rather than treating it as a printed t-shirt.

We work with club committees, kit suppliers and independent sportswear labels. You bring the design or the rough idea, we handle the pattern, the knit, the sublimation, the numbering and the finishing. What ships is a complete kit set, bagged and labelled by name and size if you want it that way.

We are a manufacturer, not a licensor. We do not hold rights to any league, club or federation mark, and we only print artwork you confirm you own or are permitted to use.

// Common to every sport

What runs the same across all five

The sport changes the pattern and the fabric weight. These five things stay constant.

Sublimation for all-over graphics

Dye sublimation is the main route for team graphics. The ink sits in the fibre rather than on top of it, so panels, gradients and full-bleed designs do not crack or peel with washing. It works on light polyester knits, which is what most kit is built from. How sublimation works.

Performance knits

Polyester and poly-elastane knits in interlock, pique, mesh and warp-knit constructions. We pick the weight and structure for the sport rather than running one cloth across everything. See the fabric library and the GSM guide.

Numbering and names

Squad numbers and player names are set into the sublimation artwork at the print stage, so each panel is printed individually. Where a garment is not sublimated, numbers go on by heat-applied transfer or embroidery instead.

Squad size runs

MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour. Inside that colour you split sizes however the squad falls, including youth and adult in the same order where the pattern block allows it.

Matching training and travel wear

Most orders extend past the match jersey: training tees, quarter-zips, hoodies, joggers and polos in club colours. Those run off our standard product blocks, so you can add them without a new pattern.

One QC standard

Kit is inspected to AQL 2.5 like everything else we ship, with measurement checks against the tech pack and a colour check panel by panel. Quality assurance.

Kit for clubs, suppliers and sports labels

Club orders tend to be one or two designs in a fixed set of sizes, delivered once a season. Kit suppliers reorder the same blocks in different colourways for several clubs at a time. Sports labels want their own patterns, their own trims and a range that sits on a shelf.

All three run through the same factory. The difference is how much of the front end we do: a club usually sends a rough design and a size list, a label usually sends a full tech pack. If you are somewhere in the middle, the configurator walks you through the decisions.

Bulk gifting, staff kit and event wear sit closer to our corporate and bulk work, which uses the same decoration team and the same lead times.

// Questions

Team kit: common questions

50 pieces per style per colour. A squad can split those 50 across any size range within that colour, so a single order can cover a full first team and a reserve team.

Yes. Sublimated panels are printed one at a time, so names and numbers are part of the artwork rather than a separate application. Send a squad list with size against each name.

We make kit to your design. We hold no league, club or federation licence, approval or sponsorship, and we will not reproduce a mark you do not have the right to use.

Yes. Match jerseys are usually sublimated while training tees, hoodies and polos are cut from dyed cloth and decorated with print or embroidery. Each style still carries its own 50 piece minimum per colour.

Samples run 10–22 days depending on the garment, and bulk runs 25–55 days from approved sample and artwork. Kit with heavy panel work and per-player numbering sits at the longer end.

Yes. Once a block is approved we keep the graded pattern and the approved colour standards on file, so a reorder in a new colourway skips most of the sampling.

Send us the design and the squad list.

We will come back with a costing, a fabric recommendation and a sample plan.
