If your brand is registered in India and selling in India, this is the simplest way to work with us. There is no export leg, no freight forwarder and no customs file. You place a domestic order, we invoice you with GST, and the goods are dispatched from Tirupur to your address or your 3PL.
The manufacturing side is the same as it is for any brand we build for: full package, from tech pack to retail-ready packing. We source and knit the fabric, cut and stitch in our own unit, decorate in house, inspect to AQL 2.5 under an ISO 9001 certified quality system, then label, tag and pack to your spec.
The part Indian founders usually value most is proximity. You can be on a call in your own time zone, you can be at the Bengaluru office in an afternoon, and you can be at the factory the next morning if a run needs your eyes on it.

How an India order runs
Six stages, the same as everywhere, with the commercial side kept simple.
Brief and costing
Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment. We come back with fabric options, construction notes and a unit cost against your target price.
GST invoicing
Domestic tax invoices against your GSTIN, with HSN detail on the line items, so your accountant has what they need at filing time.
Sampling
Fit and proto samples in 10–22 days depending on the garment. You approve a sealed sample and that becomes the standard bulk is measured against.
Production
Bulk in 25–55 days depending on product, quantity and decoration, with inline and end-line checks on the floor.
Domestic dispatch
Packed and dispatched from Tirupur to your warehouse, your 3PL or a fulfilment partner. Docket and packing list shared on dispatch.
Reorders
Specs, patterns and approved strike-offs stay on file, so a repeat run starts from a locked standard rather than a blank page.

We work with founders across India. These three cities come up most, and each page is honest about what we can and cannot offer locally.
Bengaluru
Our sales and display office is in Koramangala. Come in, talk through requirements, and see and feel product before you commit to a run.
Mumbai
No office in Mumbai. Brands there are served remotely, with couriered samples and video walkthroughs of the floor.
Delhi NCR
Same remote model. A named contact, couriered samples and scheduled video reviews at each approval point.
Anywhere else in India, the Mumbai and Delhi NCR model applies: remote working, samples by courier, and a factory visit whenever you want one.

Most domestic clients are start-up labels in their first three seasons: drop-model streetwear, direct-to-consumer athleisure, quiet lifestyle basics and campus merchandise. The common thread is small first runs and a need for the garment to feel like a product, not a blank with a print on it.

Yes. Domestic orders are raised as GST tax invoices against your GSTIN, with HSN codes on the line items. Rates are applied as they stand at the time of invoicing, so we confirm the figure on the quote rather than publishing one here.
Yes, and domestic clients often do. Tell us what you want to see, cutting, stitching, printing or the QC table, and we will plan the day around it. The factory page shows what is on the floor.
From the Tirupur unit, direct to your address or your fulfilment partner. Bengaluru is a sales and display office, not a warehouse, so stock does not route through it.
