There is no Zorixo office in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida. NCR brands work with us remotely, with samples couriered to you and video reviews at every approval point. Everything is made in Tirupur.
Delhi NCR has its own large apparel base, so a founder there has local options and deserves a straight answer about what we are. We have one factory, in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. We have one sales and display office in India, in Koramangala, Bengaluru. We have nothing in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida or Faridabad, and no agent representing us there.
What we offer NCR brands is a southern knitwear supply chain run as a full package. Tirupur is where the knitting, dyeing, trims and finishing sit in one cluster, which is why the jersey, terry and fleece work tends to be stronger and the MOQ can stay low. From 50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes split freely inside a colour.
The working model is the same one we use with clients in 25 or more countries: swatches and samples by courier, scheduled video calls, and every decision written back against the tech pack. It is not a downgrade, it is just deliberate.

Tech pack sign-off
Points of measure, bill of materials, construction and print placement, shared in writing and approved before sampling starts.
Measured sample reviews
The sample is measured on camera against the tech pack, corrections agreed live, then confirmed in writing.
Strike-offs by courier
Print and wash strike-offs sent before bulk, so colour and hand-feel are approved on the actual fabric.
Floor video on request
Cutting, stitching, printing and QC filmed during your run, not a library clip from another job.
Inspection to AQL 2.5
Under ISO 9001 certified quality management, with QC and inspection reports on request.

The briefs we see from Delhi NCR are usually either drop-model streetwear or corporate and campus programmes with a real quantity behind them. Both suit a full-package unit with in-house decoration, because the finishing is where those products are judged.
