What we manufacture.
Nine core garments we build week in, week out, from heavyweight hoodies to matched co-ord sets. Every one starts at 50 pieces per colour and leaves the floor fully finished.
We are a full-package manufacturer, not a printer with a warehouse. That means we buy or knit the fabric, cut and stitch the garment, decorate it in house, attach your trims and pack it for retail. The nine products below cover almost everything a streetwear, athleisure or lifestyle label needs for a first drop and the seasons after it.
If you are weighing up fabric weight before you commit, start with the GSM guide or browse the fabric library. If the print is the hard part, compare methods on the decoration pages.

Nine products, built properly
Each page covers fabric, construction, decoration and lead times for that garment.
Hoodies
300–400 GSM fleece and French terry, pullover or zip. The anchor product for streetwear and lifestyle labels, where weight and rib quality carry the price point.
- Pullover, full zip, cropped
- Puff, HD, embroidery, washes
T-Shirts
180–320 GSM cotton jersey. The volume product in nearly every range, from light everyday tees to structured heavyweights that hold their shape through repeated washing.
- Classic, heavy, henley
- Taped shoulders, clean neck rib
Oversized Tees
220–320 GSM jersey in a boxy, drop-shoulder block. Built for graphic-led drops where the silhouette does as much work as the print on the front.
- Boxy body, dropped shoulder
- Large-format front and back prints
Sweatshirts
280–400 GSM French terry and brushed fleece crewnecks. The quieter half of a fleece programme, and the piece most often bought as a gift or a uniform staple.
- Crewneck, half zip, cropped
- Matching rib at neck, cuff and hem
Polo Shirts
180–260 GSM pique and jersey. Used hardest by corporate and uniform programmes, and increasingly by lifestyle brands wanting a collar in the range.
- Knitted or self-fabric collars
- Embroidery, tipping, placket detail
Joggers
260–360 GSM terry and fleece, cuffed and tapered. Sold as the other half of a hoodie set, so colour and shrinkage have to match across both pieces.
- Zip or bar-tacked pockets
- Elasticated waist, drawcord options
Leggings
220–300 GSM poly-spandex and nylon-elastane knits. The product where opacity, compression and waistband engineering decide whether a customer keeps it.
- High-rise, contoured waistbands
- Flatlock seaming, squat-proof knits
Co-ord Sets
Matched two and three-piece sets, typically 240–340 GSM. Cut from the same dye lot so the top and bottom read as one product on the rail and on camera.
- Two and three-piece combinations
- Single lot for colour consistency
Shorts
240–340 GSM fleece and twill, or 140–220 GSM performance knits. Waistband and pocket construction separate a real short from a cut-down jogger.
- Fleece, twill, performance woven
- Liner and pocket options
By fabric, by decoration, by quantity
Most briefs start with one of these three questions.
By fabric
Weight, blend and hand-feel decide how a garment reads before anyone sees the print.
By decoration
Method follows fabric and quantity. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team.
By quantity and category
Small first runs, then repeat orders as a colour proves itself.
Common questions about our product range
Yes. The MOQ is 50 pieces per style per colour, so a first order can combine a hoodie, a tee and a jogger as long as each style hits that minimum in its colour. Sizes split freely inside a colour.
Ask. These nine are the products we run most often, not a fixed catalogue. If it sits close to what we already cut, such as a vest, a zip-through or a woven overshirt, send the reference and we will tell you honestly whether it suits our floor.
We manufacture to your spec: your fabric weight, your block, your trims and your labels. That is what full package means. We are not a blanks supplier.
Samples run 10–22 days depending on the garment and how much development it needs. Bulk runs 25–55 days after sample approval. Heavier fleece products and anything with wash or garment dye sit at the longer end.
Every style is inspected to AQL 2.5 under our ISO 9001 certified quality system, with measurement checks against the approved sample. Inspection reports are available on request.
