WHERE WE MAKE

A garment manufacturer in Tirupur, inside the knitwear cluster.

Our factory sits in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India's knitwear cluster, where knitting, dyeing, trims and accessories are all within reach of the same floor. For a founder that means more fabric options, faster sampling and lower minimums than a vertically integrated giant will offer.

Tirupur is where knitwear gets made in India. Cotton jersey, french terry, fleece, pique and the whole family of knitted garments have been produced here for decades, and the town has organised itself around that one job. Spinning, knitting, dyeing, compacting, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging all live in the same small geography.

That concentration is the reason we are here rather than somewhere cheaper. A cluster is not just a place with factories in it. It is a place where the supplier you need is a short drive away, where the operators have made the same product for years, and where a change of mind on Tuesday does not cost you a fortnight.

We are a full-package manufacturer, so the whole journey runs through one accountable partner: fabric, cut, sew, decoration, finishing and pack.

// Why Tirupur

What the cluster gives you

The advantages are practical ones. They show up in your fabric choice, your sample dates and your minimum order.

Knitting on the doorstep

Circular knitting for jersey, terry, fleece, pique, rib and interlock is local. That means we can knit to a weight rather than accept whatever is sitting in a warehouse, and a request for 280 GSM instead of 240 is a conversation, not a rebuild.

Dyeing and colour

Dye houses are part of the same cluster, so Pantone matching, lab dips and shade approvals move quickly. Garment dye and washes sit in the same network, which is what makes pigment and enzyme finishes practical at small quantities.

Trims and accessories

Drawcords, tipping, eyelets, zips, woven labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging are all sourced nearby. Trims are a common reason a first order slips, and proximity removes most of that risk.

Operator skill in knits

Knits behave differently from wovens. They stretch, they roll, they need the right machine and the right hand. Tirupur operators have built knitted garments for years, and that shows in shoulder seams, neck ribs, coverstitched hems and flatlock finishes.

Shorter sourcing loops

When fabric, dye, trims and decoration are within reach of each other, a sample does not wait on freight between cities. That is the single biggest reason our sampling runs 10 to 22 days rather than months.

Decoration in the same loop

DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué and woven labels are handled in house. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team, so bulk graphics stay inside the same quality process.

// For founders

What this means if you are starting a brand

A very large vertically integrated factory owns its spinning, knitting and dyeing. That is efficient at scale, and it is why their minimums are high. They need long runs of one fabric to make the economics work, and a founder with an idea and a modest budget is not the customer they are built for.

A cluster manufacturer buys capability from neighbours instead of owning all of it. That is slightly less efficient per piece, and considerably more flexible. It is why we can take an order of 50 pieces per style per colour with sizes split freely inside that colour, and why you can pick a fabric because it suits the garment rather than because it is what the mill happens to run.

It also means honest trade-offs. Very low quantities cost more per unit. Specialist fabrics can add time. We will tell you which of those applies to your product before you commit.

Manufacturing, quality control and dispatch all happen at the Tirupur unit. Book a slot and we will walk you through the cutting room, the stitching lines, decoration and the QC tables, and show you work in progress rather than a showroom.

If you cannot travel, we run the same walkthrough on a video call and send photographs of your own style in production. Brands in the UK and Europe can also meet our team at the sales and display offices in Bengaluru and in Essex.

Either way, ask hard questions while you are there. Quality claims are easy to write and harder to demonstrate on a live line.

Common questions

Because the product we build is knitwear, and Tirupur is India's knitwear cluster. Knitting, dyeing, trims, decoration and packaging suppliers are all close by, and operators here have made knitted garments for years. For hoodies, tees, sweatshirts, joggers and leggings that combination shortens sampling and widens the fabric choice.

From 50 pieces per style per colour. Sizes split freely within a colour, so 50 pieces of one colourway can be spread across your whole size run. Unit cost falls as quantity rises, and we will show you the difference before you decide.

Yes. The unit is at Shed No. 93, TEKIC, TEA Nagar, Mudalipalayam SIDCO Rd, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641606, and visits are by appointment. The nearest airport is Coimbatore. If travel is not practical we run the same walkthrough by video call.

Sampling runs 10 to 22 days and bulk runs 25 to 55 days, depending on the product, the fabric and the decoration. A heavy fleece hoodie with embroidery takes longer than a single-colour jersey tee. We confirm a range for your specific style at quoting and a date once the sample is approved.

Yes. We ship to brands in more than 25 countries and have sales and display offices in Bengaluru and in Essex in the United Kingdom, which covers most UK, EU and US founders for meetings and sample handover.

ISO 9001 certified quality management, with inspection to AQL 2.5 and QC reports on request. We do not hold any other textile or social-compliance certification. If your buyer requires one of those specifically, we will say so before you place an order.
