One factory in Tirupur, four main markets. This page sets out who you contract with, where your garments are actually made and what changes when your brand sits in India, the UK, the US or Europe.
Every garment we make is cut, stitched, decorated, inspected and packed at our factory in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. That does not change by market. What changes is the commercial wrapper around it: who invoices you, what currency the order sits in, who acts as importer of record, and how samples reach your hands before bulk starts.
Indian brands buy domestically, with GST invoicing and domestic dispatch, and can sit down with us at our Bengaluru sales and display office. UK brands contract through Zorixo Ventures Limited, our UK company in Dagenham, Essex, so the agreement and the invoice are UK side while production stays in India. Brands in the US and Europe work with the Tirupur operation directly and plan an export shipment into their own market.
Beyond that, the offer is identical everywhere: full-package manufacturing from 50 pieces per style per colour, in-house decoration, inspection to AQL 2.5 under an ISO 9001 certified quality system, and retail-ready finishing.

Contract and invoice through Zorixo Ventures Limited in Dagenham, Essex. Production stays in India, paperwork stays UK side.

Full-package production for US labels, with time-zone working and shipping planned into the launch calendar.

Full package for EU brands, with fibre composition and care labelling handled at finishing to your spec.

Decoration in house
DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, garment dye and washes. Screen printing runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team.

Bulk is measured against the sample you approved, wherever you are.
What does change
- Who invoices you. Indian orders are invoiced domestically with GST. UK orders are contracted and invoiced by Zorixo Ventures Limited. US and EU orders are export shipments from India.
- How you see product first. Bengaluru brands can come to the office. Everyone else gets couriered samples plus video walkthroughs of fabric, fit and print.
- How the calendar is built. Domestic orders finish at dispatch. Export orders need freight and customs clearance planned on top of the production window.
- Who clears the goods. On export orders the importer of record in your country handles import duty and local tax. Agree incoterms before the order is confirmed so there is no argument later.
None of that touches the garment. It touches the plan around the garment, which is where most first orders go wrong.

It depends on the route, the mode and the season, so we do not publish a number. We quote the transit window for your specific shipment when the order is confirmed, and we build it into the launch calendar with you.
No. It is 50 pieces per style per colour in every market. Freight cost per unit does fall as the order grows, which is worth modelling before you lock quantities.
