Custom esports jerseys for players and fans.
Sublimated sponsor panels, relaxed and fitted cuts, and seams placed for hours in a chair. From 50 pieces per style per colour.
An esports jersey does a different job from a field jersey. Nobody sprints in it. What it has to survive is four to eight hours of sitting, leaning forward, resting forearms on a desk and being seen close up on camera.
That changes the priorities. Seam placement matters more than weight. The shoulder and upper back carry the sponsor panels the camera sees, so those need clean, flat printing. The cuff and underarm sit against a desk and a chair, so those need soft seams.
It also splits the order in two. Players wear a few jerseys built to their measurements. Fans buy a version that has to fit many bodies and hit a retail price. We build both, off one artwork.

Built for a long session in a chair
Seams where they do not rub
Flatlock seams through the shoulder and underarm sit flat against the skin rather than standing proud. Over a full day of play that is the difference between comfortable and irritating.
Room across the back
Seated posture rounds the shoulders and pulls cloth across the upper back. We cut the back panel wider than a field jersey so the garment does not drag when a player leans forward.
Sleeve and cuff
Forearms rest on a desk for hours, so cuffs get a light hem or a soft rib rather than a tight elastic band. Short and long sleeve run off the same block.
Mid-weight knit
Around 160–220 GSM in a polyester interlock. Heavier than a football shirt so it hangs well on camera, lighter than a streetwear tee because studio lighting is warm.
Collar choice
Stand collar, crew or a short zip placket. A stand collar frames the face on camera. Crew is cheaper and sizes more easily for fan versions.

Sponsor placement and decoration
Sublimation is the main route here and it is close to essential. Esports jerseys carry more sponsor logos than any other kit we build, often six or eight marks across the chest, sleeves and upper back. Applying that many as separate prints would leave the garment stiff. Sublimating them into the panel keeps the cloth soft however crowded the design gets.
Because the print goes in before cutting, logos can run across a seam or wrap a sleeve without breaking. Plan that at artwork stage, since a logo split badly across a seam is the one thing a sponsor will notice. How sublimation works.
The team crest often goes on separately as embroidery or a woven patch, giving it a raised finish that reads as the primary mark against the flat printed sponsors.
- Sublimation for sponsor panels, gradients and all-over graphics
- Embroidery or woven patch for the team crest
- Player tags and numbers set into the artwork per jersey
- Vector files needed for every logo, with your confirmation of rights
Player jerseys and fan jerseys
Same artwork, different garments. Deciding this early saves a round of sampling.
Player version
Fitted cut, graded to individual player measurements, with the player tag printed on the jersey. Small quantities, so it is normally folded into the same colour run as the fan version. Trims run to the higher spec because these appear on camera.
Fan version
Relaxed cut, standard size grade, built to hit a retail price. Usually a slightly lighter knit and simpler trims. Fan jerseys often drop the player tag so one SKU covers the range.
Both versions share one artwork and one colour standard, so the fan jersey looks the same on a shelf as the player jersey looks on stage.
MOQ and size splitting
50 pieces per style per colour
Player and fan versions are different patterns, so strictly they are two styles. In practice most teams run one cut at launch and add the second once demand is proven.
Split sizes freely
Within a colour the size breakdown is yours. Fan runs usually load the middle sizes heavily. Squad jerseys can take one or two pieces in an outlier size without a penalty.
Roster on the same run
Player tags are printed per jersey, so five differently tagged squad jerseys can sit inside the same 50 piece run as the untagged fan stock.
Esports jerseys: common questions
As many as the artwork holds. Because everything is sublimated into the panel, adding a logo costs nothing in weight or stiffness. The limit is legibility on camera, not manufacturing.
Relaxed. It sizes across more bodies and returns less. Keep the fitted cut for the squad, where you know the measurements.
You can, but sublimation will not hold colour on cotton. A cotton-rich jersey means switching to DTF or screen printing for the graphics, which limits how much artwork you can carry before the garment gets heavy.
No. We manufacture to your design and hold no licence, approval or sponsorship from any publisher, tournament organiser or team. Confirm you have the rights to every mark you send us.
Yes. They run off standard blocks, so no new pattern is needed. Each style still carries its own 50 piece minimum per colour.
Samples in 10–16 days and bulk in 25–40 days from approved artwork. These are among the faster items we make.
