A supply partner your clients can check up on.
Distributors, promotional agencies and resellers are judged on whether the second delivery matches the first and whether the paperwork holds up under a procurement review. We build bulk and repeat programmes around both of those.
When you resell, your reputation is made out of somebody else's factory. A shade drift on a reorder, a missing inspection report or a late shipment becomes your problem long before it becomes ours, and your client does not care which link in the chain failed.
That is why our work with distributors is mostly about repeatability and evidence. Locked specifications, sealed samples held at the factory, inspection to AQL 2.5 on every run, and QC and inspection reports you can forward to a procurement team without rewriting them.
We are a full-package manufacturer in Tirupur, so fabric, cutting, stitching, decoration, finishing and packing all sit inside one process. One contract, one accountable party, one set of documents.

The programmes we run
Most reseller work falls into one of these shapes. All of them run on the same minimums and the same inspection standard.
Uniform programmes
Staff and team uniforms with a fixed size set, a locked colour and a scheduled repeat. Polos, tees, sweatshirts and joggers with embroidered or printed identification, sized and packed by location. See corporate and bulk.
Merchandise programmes
Event, campaign and retail merch where the garment stays the same and the graphic changes. Blanks are locked once, then each release only needs new artwork approval rather than a fresh development cycle.
Stock programmes
Core blanks held as a standing specification so you can reorder against a known unit cost and a known lead time, and quote your own clients with confidence instead of waiting on a fresh factory quote each time.
White-label supply
Your labels, your care labels, your hang tags and your packaging, applied at the factory. The goods arrive finished under your brand rather than needing rework at your warehouse.
Multi-client agency supply
Several clients, several specifications, one factory relationship. Each style carries its own sealed sample and spec, so the runs stay separate even when they are produced in the same window.
Sports and team kit
Sublimated all-over graphics, numbering and club identification for rugby, football, cricket, cycling and esports programmes, with size sets that repeat season to season. See sportswear.
Making run four look like run one
Consistency is not a promise, it is a filing system. Every style you order is recorded as an approved sealed sample kept at the factory, plus a written specification covering points of measure, grading, bill of materials, construction, decoration placement and trims.
Fabric is recorded by knit, composition and weight rather than by description, colours are Pantone matched and dye lots are logged against the style. On colour-critical programmes we recommend booking fabric across the planned runs together, which removes the largest remaining source of variation.
Each run is then inspected inline and at end of line to AQL 2.5 against that same reference. If a lot fails, it is held, classified and reworked, and you see the evidence before anything ships.
How quality assurance works →
What a procurement team will ask for
These are the documents that most often decide whether a supplier gets approved. We can issue all of them, and we are clear about the one thing we cannot.
- ISO 9001 certificate for quality management
- QC and end-line inspection reports for the specific run
- Measurement sheets checked against the approved specification
- Approved sealed sample reference for the style
- Fabric specification by composition, knit and weight
- Packing list with carton contents and size ratios
We do not hold any other textile or social-compliance certification. If a tender or a client onboarding requires one of those specifically, tell us at the enquiry stage. We will say so plainly rather than let you discover it during an audit, and you can decide whether the rest of the programme still fits.

Common questions
The minimum is from 50 pieces per style per colour, with sizes split freely inside a colour, so a pilot run for a client is genuinely possible. Bulk programmes usually sit well above that, and unit cost improves as quantity rises. Send your expected annual volume and we will quote the breaks.
Yes. Woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags, stickers and packaging are applied at the factory to your specification, so the goods arrive finished under your brand. Nothing in the packing identifies us unless you ask it to.
DTG, DTF, puff, HD, sublimation, embroidery, appliqué, woven labels, garment dye and washes are handled in house. Screen printing, which is usually the right answer for high-volume solid graphics, runs through vetted partner units, managed by our QA team. Compare the methods.
Yes. You or your client can visit the Tirupur unit by appointment, or appoint a third-party inspection agency. Tell us early so the inspection window is planned into the production schedule rather than added to the end of it.
Bulk runs 25 to 55 days depending on the product, plus fabric booking, so work back from the client's required date and add a buffer. New colourways or new artwork need sampling first, which is another 10 to 22 days. We will map the calendar with you across the programme.
Yes. We also work with first-time founders and with growing D2C brands on repeat production. The factory, the minimums and the inspection standard are identical, only the conversation differs.
Send us the programme, not just the enquiry.
Tell us the styles, the annual volume and the client requirements, and we will come back with costs, timelines and the documentation we can issue.
